This luxury new construction home in Hillsborough was designed for a family of four and developed through a long-standing relationship that began with the renovation of the clients' previous residence. Created in close collaboration with Carrasco & Associates, the project balances bold contemporary architecture with warmth, comfort, and everyday livability.

Responding to the natural slope of the site, the residence is organized into two architectural volumes connected by a transparent glass staircase that links all three levels. Expansive walls of glass frame panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, while the floor plan prioritizes openness and connection through generous living spaces, a dedicated entertainment level with a home theater, and a private wing housing the primary and guest suites.

The interiors embrace a refined architectural language defined by clean lines, natural light, and carefully curated materials. Contemporary European furnishings add character and individuality, while integrated lighting systems from Kreon and Pure Edge Lighting are seamlessly incorporated into the architecture to create a sense of continuity and precision. Features such as the sculptural glass staircase, panoramic breakfast nook, and custom lighting details reinforce the home's modern aesthetic while maintaining a strong connection to its setting.
