The living room features floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, a neutral corner sofa, and two Loloi swivel armchairs positioned to enjoy the view. Sculptural furnishings, including the Alhambra bar credenza and fluted blue credenza by Rimadesio, create focal points, while lighting by Nemo (On Lines table lamp and Ara floor lamp) enhances the airy, sophisticated ambiance. A neutral rug defines the seating area, keeping the space open and uncluttered.

Light oak hardwood floors flow seamlessly through the apartment, leading to a long, curved hallway adorned with Phillip Jeffries’ Mirage wallpaper and highlighted by Vibia’s Algorithm pendant. A standout artistic feature is the hallway laundry closet, hand-painted by the owners’ daughter in a geometric pattern that blends effortlessly into the wall, subtly integrating function and art.
